Matt McGill

Matt McGill is a property manager with over 13 years of experience in the development, leasing, and management of commercial retail real estate. Matt currently oversees all maintenance, marketing, management, leasing, construction, and tenant coordination for a portfolio of over 1 million square feet. During his career, Matt has overseen development projects with tenants include Target, Lowes, Wal-Mart, Kohl's, and The Home Depot. Matt has extensive experience in lease negotiations, lease review, deal making, lease administration, tenant coordination, permitting and zoning, and property management. Matt also skilled in various software programs used in development, management, and marketing of real estate including Auto CAD, Quickbooks, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Dreamweaver, Adobe Illustrator, and the Microsoft Office Suite.

Matt graduated from The Ohio State University in 2004 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the Fisher College of Business. Matt is originally from Solon, Ohio but is now a permanent resident of Florida.
