MPG Property Group was founded in 2004 and currently manages over 1 million square feet of commercial retail real estate in Florida, Ohio, and Pennsylvania. Tenants include Wal-Mart, TJ Maxx, Dicks Sporting Goods, Kohls, Michaels, Bed Bath and Beyond, Ross Dress For Less, Petco, Petsmart, Dollar Tree, Bealls of Florida, Tractor Supply Company, Peebles (Stage Stores), Best Buy, Home Goods, Marshalls, Big Lots, and other national and local retailers. In addition, MPG has developed stores for Home Depot, Office Max, Staples, Lowes, Target, Pep Boys, and Office Depot.
