Dicks Sporting Goods Signs a 10 Year Extension

Greater Pittsburgh retailer Dick's Sporting Goods has extended their lease at Marketplace at Four Corners for 10 years. Dick's Sporting Goods has occupied 50,000 SF in the regional power center since it opened in 2003. DSG represents 7.5% of the gross leasable area (GLA) of the shopping mall. Phil Helon with The Law Offices of Phillip A. Helon reviewed the lease on behalf of the landlord. Aaron Savin with Echo Retail out of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania represented the tenant.
