The Deerfield Town Center is a mixed use development located in Amherst and Lorain, Ohio. The development includes over 250,000 SF of retail and 200 residential units. The shopping center is anchored by Target and Lowe's. This center is located at the corner of Cooper Foster Road and Oak Point Road, just north of State Route 2. Target was developed in 2005 while Lowes joined the development in 2007. In addition to the shopping center, over 200 single family residential units are directly to the west of the retail. Many of the residential units were developed by Ryan Homes.
